    Any chance you could show your work on the claim that the nova isotopes would have decayed by the time they got here even if they had escaped the nova remnant unless the nova was so close that it would destroy the Earth? The half-lives of Al^26 and Fe^60 are easy enough to look up, but the minimum safe distance of a super nova, the average mass of the ejected isotopes, and the speed at which they’d be traveling, are more obscure variables. I think I have a lead on minimum safe distance, but if you’ve already done the work on this I think it would make a great Deeper Look.
