I have heard or read that wearing sun glasses can affect vitamin production in some ways.

http://www.jackkruse.com, much research many articles on LinkedIn as well, offered regarding vitaminD and Sun, links noted to prolonged vit d deficiency and chronic diseases, and the eye as clock for circadian rhythm and need us to reduce non natural light sources after sunset as well as blue light of computers. Also studies of Vitamin D deficiency as well as high Bun Creatine ratio (sign of dehydration due to non natural ends / blue light) may be markers for future chronic diseases as well as infertility. Recent studies on significant reduction in birth rate of Japan and link of blue light affecting circadian rhythms and hormonal systems estrogen, testosterone etc.. Vaccines increasing predisposition to autism and learning disabilities when in also influence of these non natural environmental factors, so while vaccine alone does not cause these experiences, the vaccines add another influence which may tip the scale in a dis-eased Direction.

Took Vit D a while back as I, too, was found to be deficient. The prescription pills kept me up at night…super charged was how I felt. Something to be said about it definitely.

IMHO…It doesn’t matter who is our friend and who is our enemy in the uppermost parts of the human pyramid or in any other part of the pyramid, because that pyramid has been built by the desire to have power and control over others and by people’s desire or belief in having a ruler over their lives. It’s nothing in and of itself, because it’s actually the evidence of the absence of sovereignty.
As human beings, we need to take back our power and our sovereignty and build pyramids out of the precious elements and other earth-related materials, instead of building them with ourselves…our own flesh and blood.
We were programmed to believe that we need rulers. We don’t need rulers; we need to deprogram ourselves! Live life to the fullest and harm no one. S0, S0 simple!

The Blue light subject is so real. I use an app named twilight on my android phone. Some days I turn it off (to provide more accurate color) and when I am laying in bed those nights and cant seem to figure out why I’m not falling asleep super quick, I remember turning twilight off. I turn it back on and it cuts down drastically on the blueish-ness and yep, asleep within minutes.

Each of us has as much, or as little, power & control of our lives, as he/she decides to accept.
We each live in our own reality (a dimension that no other human can witness as it is a separate and distinct dimension*) present within the layer of the collective reality. However, instant manifestation is not doable (yet) as there are too many eyes. Especially the eyes that do not believe we are all literal gods with the potential to bend space and time as all we truly are is a single consciousness that projects outwards this reality we experience.

I am indeed here to challenge others. If I challenge others I challenge myself. Resulting in growth and betterment for all beings.

*Person A lives in their reality. Person B in theirs. They can never witness each others. They experience in yet a unique dimension when together. And so forth.

SODA = Systematic Order Death Agent.
Time to dig dandelion root for sure.
I believe being more self-reliant is key, especially when it comes to the establishment(s); full circle.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Kind regards.

Weston A Price has a lot of information on the importance of fat soluble vitamins on health. His book ‘Nutrition and Physical Degeneration: A Comparison of Primitive and Modern Diets and Their Effects’
(Free eBook here… http://gutenberg.net.au/ebooks02/0200251h.html) Is an eye opening read from the 1920s. The Weston A Price foundation has good resources including research by nutritionist Mary Enig and the ‘Nourishing Traditions’ book by Sally Fallon. Butter from milk produced by animals grazing on the first flush of spring growth is very rich in Vitamin D and has a very deep yellow/orange colour.

What about saccharin? I don’t consume aspartame…I eat a lot of Sweet n Low, which contains saccharin. Does it have the same excitotoxin effect?
