Earthquake Condition Index B+
It is clear my guess that it would take a day for the coronal hole to face earth was off.

In addition to this mornings 6.4 in Central America, we had a 6.6 in Japan and a number of foreshocks in Chile and Mexico. Condition index is elevated.
