Glad I got membership for this data… It’s not something you want ermmm to say to anyone besides loyal citizen scientist. wow.. this is ridiculous. Thanks Ben.

I take it we dont have another input for this other than GOES-16 now. Is there something else we can say if solar flare is the A then this should be this value/range?

How does a lower measurement of solar output (accidental or not) affect the new climate model calculations that allow solar particle forcing?

My father-in-law used to say, “Beware the wrath of a patient man.”

Let’s be patient, let the new data come in and see how it compares what we know. This may have been a start up glitch/maneuver, let’s build a case before we act.
Don’t forget that there are loyal nerds everywhere …. one at google sent me a message and they’re loading the old search algorithms, the victory on the web is proceeding. Never, never miss with a nerds superheroes or games. It’s all coming together …. be patient and enjoy but, stay frosty.

the government is manipulating data that they show the world?
I can’t believe that. For those that do not know me that is sarcastic. Of course their data can be wrong.

Versus earth I feel the flares look about ten times earth width say 100000 miles across? If so curved imaged we perceive the edges are not in sync. Ie 3x(10)8 m/sec if twice that wide edges is one second behind center’s. Sun curvature as sphere. Roughly. Would be nice to write code to take width, surface of Sun(?), adjust images to compensate. Loops in documented colossal flares might be different then? Why obfuscate data? Solar observatory shutdown two years ago with others. Really think no one is looking there now? Why ? Early indicators of nova? Odd indeed. How’s Adam doing Ben, mom too.
