If the nature of the energy transfer is met traveling opposite relative to the trajectory our Sun in heading in (when the galactic current sheet couples), will the dusty material and CMEs accumulate on the other side? Like a dispersal pattern down current from a solid object in flowing water? Will each planet’s movement around the sun be slowed very quickly, canceling out the inertia so to speak?
↲
Or if the sheet be traveling in the same direction relative to our system, will the dust accumulate on the planets first due to the more gradual encounter, and the solar blast occurs on the same side relative to the sheet? Will the planets movements become quicker due to the gradual encounter?
↲
It should be obvious that dust doesn’t have to be foreign, because volcanoes are quite domestic.
