It is tough to tell. The incoming coronal holes are still difficult to see, Jupiter may have done all he plans to do from the other side of the sun, and the sunspot number is the biggest question mark. We do have more plasma spikes in the solar wind but that is as certain as we get, and those are indeed the weakest factor in our experience.
