Deeper Look – Episode 69

The response to the August 1, 2015 FOTW episode has forced me to elaborate. We discussed why sugar could be the #1 food problem in the world; in my opinion, it rivals the seriousness of GMOs. We mostly focused on how our bodies are set up to turn sugar into fat, but the problem of obesity was only briefly mentioned. Obesity not only contributes to cancer proliferation, but it confounds your body’s attempt to fight cancer. Let’s take a deeper look at sugar and cancer.
